    Paint and Polish

    Internal paint: Internal walls are finished with patty and Emulsion paint

    Railings: shall be in synthetic enamel paint

    Doors: The main door shall be provided with Melamine polish on the both side . All other doors shall be provided with enamel paint in the case of flush / block board doors

    External Paint: Exterior grade weather proof paint of approved make/color /equivalent shall be used and Texture as per architects approval
